"Parts seem a bit hit or miss"
I’ve only looked a couple of times, so maybe I just had bad timing, but the accessories I wanted were easy to find. The actual parts I needed, though, were out of stock, which was frustrating.

"Helpful customer service, just a bit slow"
Well... they did get back to me and fixed my issue, so I’m happy with that. It just took a little longer than I expected.

"Super easy to order"
As someone who gets annoyed fast when websites make checkout complicated, I was happy with how smooth this was. The site worked just fine, ordering was easy, and my package actually showed up sooner than I expected.

"So... the warranty repair was actually smooth"
So... I had a small issue with my Beretta and ended up sending it in for warranty repair. i wasn’t expecting the process to be that easy, but support kept me updated the whole time. It came back fixed, and there really wasn’t any hassle

"Solid quality, shipping was a little slow"
Grabbed this from beretta.com and yeah, it feels really well made. The stitching looks clean, finish is nice, all that good stuff. Shipping was fine, just kinda took a bit longer than I figured it would. Not a big deal though, overall I’m happy with it

"Fair price and easy purchase"
I was shopping around for this because my brother had been looking for the same thing, and the prices here were better than a few other places I checked. Shipping was reasonable too. I got what I needed without feeling like I spent too much, so overall I’m happy with it.
